Digital Marketing Assistant 

The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting the planning, creation and implementation across our multiple marketing platforms. This person will report directly to the Marketing Manager and Founder while assisting with various tasks including but not limited to: 

– Social Media and Email Marketing – copywriting, visual arranging, engagement, direct posting, content creation.
– E-Commerce maintenance
– Community engagement including influencer outreach, customer service support and more
– Market research and monthly KPI analysis

Skills / Qualifications:
– Strong written + verbal communication skills
– Strong pulse on digital marketing + social media trends
– Critical attention to detail
– A self starter at heart and ability to work independently on projects
– Fluency in Canva, Adobe XD, AI and Photoshop is a plus
– Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, Google Adwords and online analytics
– Passion for clean beauty and wellness, previous experience with our products is a plus

Product Expert (Part Time)

Our Product Experts are passionate about clean beauty, skincare + holistic wellness! The ideal candidate has a love for customer service and enjoys working in a fast-pace, multi-tasking-oriented and start-up environment. Must be available to work weekends at our Del Mar or North Park store.

Skills / Qualifications:
– At least 1-3 years in retail sales or customer service
– Formal training in skin, natural ingredients or wellness, or a strong self-study foundation in these categories a plus
– Critical attention to detail, a self starter at heart and able to multitask effectively
– Flexible schedule
